Ways to Pay Your Humana Plan Premium
Medicare members
Pay by mail
Mail a check or money order along with the payment coupon to the billing address listed on your coupon, using the return envelopes provided. Be sure to include your billing ID, which can be found on the coupon or a billing-related letter from Humana, on your payment.
Pay by phone
Call our Customer Care department at the number listed on the back of your Humana member ID card to make a payment or sign up for auto pay.
Individual and family members
Pay by mail
Mail a check or money order to the billing address on your invoice, along with the payment coupon. Be sure to write your billing ID on your payment. Your billing ID can be found on your invoice.
Pay in person
Some members have the option to pay their bill in person. If you see a barcode on your invoice with instructions to pay in person, take your paper invoice to any CVS or Dollar General store in your area. You can pay at the register with cash, credit card, or debit card at no extra charge.
